TERMS OF SERVICE

At Galaxy Cleaning, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional commercial cleaning services as outlined in your service agreement or proposal. All services are performed as scheduled unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times and for communicating any special instructions or access requirements in advance. Payment terms are detailed in the service agreement, with late payments potentially incurring fees or service suspension until resolved.

We prioritize transparency and flexibility, offering the option to modify service schedules or scope with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. Our liability is limited to services rendered with reasonable care, and while we are insured and bonded, clients are advised to secure valuables or fragile items to prevent accidental damage. In the event of dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to notify us within 24 hours, and we will promptly address any concerns at no additional cost.

All information obtained during our service provision is treated with strict confidentiality and is used solely for service-related purposes. Our commitment to quality and reliability is reinforced by adherence to governing laws in [Your State/Region] and a clear understanding of force majeure conditions, which exempt liability for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Both parties retain the right to terminate the agreement with appropriate written notice, ensuring all obligations are settled accordingly.
